BNW Developments outlines UAE growth strategy; expands presence in Ras Al Khaimah under founder CA Ankur Aggarwal

BNW Developments, a Dubai-based real estate firm founded by Chartered Accountant Ankur Aggarwal, has outlined its next phase of growth in the UAE, with a specific focus on Ras Al Khaimah. The company, which started operations four and a half years ago as a project management consultancy, has since scaled up into a full-fledged real estate development enterprise with a workforce of over 400.
Aggarwal, who moved to the UAE after qualifying as a CA in India, said the company is positioning itself to take advantage of upcoming infrastructure projects in Ras Al Khaimah, including developments around Al Marjan Island. BNW’s recent projects include a mix of high-end residential and commercial spaces aimed at both domestic and international investors.
“Our focus is on building responsibly while responding to demand shifts in the region,” Aggarwal said. “We are also adapting to the evolving needs of end-users—from sustainable materials to multi-functional designs.”
The company has expanded its footprint beyond the UAE, catering to clients in markets such as Russia and China. BNW is also investing in digital systems to streamline project execution and enhance customer engagement.
Apart from its business focus, the company has also made social contributions through small-scale community initiatives, although it maintains a low profile on philanthropic fronts.
With interest in the northern emirates rising due to policy announcements and tourism-led infrastructure, BNW Developments sees long-term value in entering underpenetrated zones early.
