Hina Khan: I am done with crying, time to make people cry as Komolika

Actress Hina Khan believes in tapping her skills with every new role that she opts for. From playing a positive role as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlara Hai to now playing a vamp Komolika in Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2, the actress likes to experiment with roles.
During a Live session on Instagram with her fans, Hina spoke about the challenges as an antagonist. "There is always over the top drama in Television," said Hina."I am any way expressive and when it is a negative character you have to make it look out of the box. When I was Akshara, I had to put in a lot of energy and glycerin for 8 long years. It was very painful but I did it as I was devoted to my character. Now, one of the happiest things with Komolika is that I don’t have to cry here and rather will make people cry," she laughed.
Hina further added, "I think playing a negative character is more difficult, and challenging since you have a lot to work on and you have to put a lot of efforts. With every dialogue, you need to add your flavour and your own touch. It has to be over the top, loud and really expressive unlike a protagonist who could be subtle. With Komolika, there is a proper plot and back story to everything and it is kind of sinking in. The entire team is putting in a lot of efforts to create the drama."
The actress rose to fame as Akshara and then was seen participating in reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg boss 11. She is seen as Komolika in the show Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2.
