Lucknow: The Adani Group has snapped its collaboration with DragonPass, a global airport lounge access provider, effective immediately.Founded in 2005, DragonPass operates through DragonPass Company Limited headquartered in Guangzhou, China, with additional offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Manchester of the United Kingdom.The company is registered as DragonPass International Limited in the UK with its registered office at Altrincham of Greater Manchester since 2013.The UK entity is a wholly owned subsidiary, centralized control from the Chinese parent.The termination of collaboration with Adani follows shortly after the initial partnership announcement on May 8.In a statement, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) said, "Our association with DragonPass, which provided access to airport lounges, has been terminated with immediate effect. DragonPass customers will no longer have access to lounges at Adani-managed airports. This change will have no impact on the airport lounge and travel experience for other customers."The previous week's agreement between Adani Digital Labs (ADL) and DragonPass, had granted the latter organisation access to all Adani-operated airport lounges and several other primary lounges throughout India.ADL is the extension of Adani-managed airports under AAHL and Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL).DragonPass provides international airport lounge accessibility services. As of 2023, DragonPass reported a turnover of £142.58 million and employed 60 people, as per information available in public domain.
